Snappier Overview and Places

Switching to Overview or Places for the first time in a session used to pay for a few seconds of number-crunching. The app now quietly gets that ready in the background whenever you've stepped away for a bit, so it's already there when you switch.

Also in this release

• Cleaned up a couple of leftover on-device caption controls (a header pill, a lightbox icon) that no longer did anything.
• Installer polish: a clearer arrow and larger labels in the Applications-folder drag step.
