All Our Years is a Mac app that reads a family's photo archive in place, exactly where it already sits, and turns twenty years of unlabeled photos into named events and person-by-person timelines. It runs entirely on-device: nothing is ever uploaded.
Most families have a hard drive like this: a folder of lovingly named events from the years before phones took over, followed by a decade of giant, unlabeled phone-backup dumps. All Our Years opens that drive strictly read-only and studies it on-device, using Apple silicon's Neural Engine to cluster photos into events, track people across the years they were photographed, and learn the family's own naming style well enough to name the decade that never got named. There's no cloud, no account, and no subscription required: a one-time purchase against a category where competitors typically charge a recurring storage fee. All Our Years is built and maintained by an independent developer, and launches in 2026 after a private beta.
