All Our Years now speaks German, Japanese, French, and Korean — the whole app, including every screen of the dashboard, follows your Mac's language automatically.

Grid tiles no longer show broken-image icons during a big first study on a spinning drive: they shimmer as "preparing" and fill in as thumbnails become ready.

Apple Watch albums arrive: curated albums delivered as an auto-syncing Photos album or a shareable watch face file (beta). The Places map now works fully offline, and brand-new archives browse correctly from the first study.

Fixed a rare issue where the app could hang before its window appeared instead of launching normally.

Adding new photos no longer looks like setup starting over: a clear "Studying your new photos" view with real counts. The "(alpha)" suffix is gone from the app's name.

Saving or sharing a locked photo now offers the unlock right there — including on the Places map and shared guest pages.

Settings > License now shows the key that unlocked this Mac, with a one-click copy — handy for setting up a second Mac.

All Our Years now notices when your archive drive changes: new photos get studied on their own, renamed folders keep everything they've learned, and missing photos are remembered instead of lost.

Overview and Places get themselves ready in the background, so switching to either feels instant. Plus small cleanups and installer polish.

Meet the Family Web: your people and pets drawn as one living web, connected by the photos they share. The welcome screen now finds archives already studied on this Mac and cleans up old ones safely.
